Steps to view purchased gift certificates
- Log in to your Appointy admin account.
- Click Customers in the toolbar on the left.
- Select the customer whose gift certificate purchases you want to review.
- Open the Gift Certificate tab in the customer details window.
- You will see a list of the gift certificates purchased by that customer along with the available certificate details.

The Gift Certificate tab shows the gift certificates associated with that customer's purchase history.
Depending on the gift certificate and available record details, you can review the information related to each purchase from this section.
Whose profile should I open?
Open the profile of the customer who purchased the gift certificate.
For example, if John buys a gift certificate for Sarah:
- John is the purchaser.
- Sarah is the recipient.
To view John's gift certificate purchase history, open John's customer profile and go to the Gift Certificate tab.
