You can update the name of a business location from that location’s Your Business settings.
Because Appointy supports multi-location businesses, each location is managed as its own location account. If you want to rename a different branch, clinic, studio, office, or other business location, first switch to that location and then update its name.

A location name is the name used to identify a specific business location in Appointy.
Depending on your business, a location may represent:

If you manage multiple locations and want to update the name of a different location, first switch to that location account.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Resource Management, open Locations.
- Switch to the location you want to rename.
- Once you are in that location account, go to Settings → Your Business.
