Appointy lets you view business hours in different formats so you can compare the availability of your staff and services more easily.
You can switch between Staff View, Service View, and List View depending on what you want to review.
Why use different business-hours views?
Different views help answer different scheduling questions.
For example:
- Staff View helps you see when a particular staff member is available for a selected service.
- Service View helps you see when a selected service is available across staff members.
- List View helps you review irregular availability in a list format.
This is useful when you need to compare schedules without opening each staff member or service individually.
