In Appointy, every service has its own unique booking URL.
You can share this URL with customers when you want them to book a specific service directly, without first browsing through all the other services in your booking flow.
This can reduce unnecessary steps and take customers straight to the availability for the selected service.
What is a service-specific booking URL?
A service-specific booking URL is a direct booking link for one particular service.
For example, if your business offers:
- Initial Consultation
- Follow-up Consultation
- Assessment
- Training Session
and you want to send a customer directly to the Initial Consultation, you can share that service’s booking URL instead of the general booking page.
The customer will then enter the booking flow for that specific service.
How to copy a service booking URL
Quick navigation
Settings → Service → Select Service → Details → Booking URL → Copy
Steps
- Log in to your Appointy admin account.
- Click Settings in the toolbar on the left.
- Under Resource Management, open Service.
- Select the service whose booking URL you want to use.
- Under the Details tab, find Booking URL.
- Click Copy.
.
You can now share this link with customers or use it on your website.
Use case: Display only one specific service on a website page
A service-specific booking URL is especially useful when a page on your website is dedicated to just one service.
For example, suppose your website has a dedicated page for:
Initial Consultation
and that page currently uses your general Appointy booking link.
If you want customers clicking Book Now on that page to see only the Initial Consultation booking flow, simply replace the existing general booking URL with the booking URL for the Initial Consultation service.
So instead of:
Website Service Page → General Appointy Booking Page → Customer Selects Service
you can use:
Website Service Page → Service-Specific Booking URL → Customer Goes Directly to That Service
This creates a more focused booking experience and avoids asking the customer to select the service again.
Where can I use a service-specific booking URL?
You can use the service booking URL in places such as:
- A specific service page on your website
- A Book Now button
- Email campaigns
- SMS messages
- Social media posts
- Digital advertisements
- QR codes
- Landing pages
For example, if an ad promotes only a particular consultation or class, you can link the ad directly to that service’s booking URL.

| Customer may need to select a service | Service is already selected |
| Useful for a general booking page | Useful for service-specific pages and campaigns |
| Best when customers can choose among multiple services | Best when the customer already knows which service they want |
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get the booking URL for a specific service?
Go to Settings → Service, select the service, open Details, and click Copy next to Booking URL.
Can I show only one service from Appointy on a specific page of my website?
Yes. Copy the booking URL for that service and replace the general Appointy booking link on that website page with the service-specific URL.
Customers clicking the booking button on that page will be taken directly to the booking flow for the selected service.
Do customers still need to select the service?
No. When customers use the service-specific booking URL, the booking flow is already associated with that service.
Can I use a different booking URL on each service page of my website?
Yes. If your website has separate pages for different services, you can place the corresponding service booking URL on each page.
For example:
Consultation page → Consultation booking URL
Massage page → Massage booking URL
Training page → Training booking URL
Can I share the service URL directly with a customer?
Yes. You can share it through email, SMS, messaging, or any other channel where you normally share links.
