Appointy lets you view all your services from one place and filter them based on their current status.
This is useful when you manage a large number of services and need to quickly find active, suspended, public, or private services.
How to view your service list
Quick navigation
Settings → Service
Steps
- Log in to your Appointy admin account.
- Click Settings in the toolbar on the left.
- Under Resource Management, open Service.
- The Service window will display your service list.
By default, Appointy shows your Active services.
.
How to filter the service list
Click the down-facing arrow next to Active to change the service filter.
You can filter services by:
- All — shows all services
- Active — shows currently active services
- Suspended — shows services that have been disabled or suspended
- Private — shows Internal services that are not available for customers to book online
- Public — shows services available on the customer booking interface
Why use service filters?
Filters make it easier to manage services based on what you are trying to do.
For example:
- Use Active to review services currently being offered
- Use Suspended when you want to reactivate a paused service
- Use Private to review services available only for internal scheduling
- Use Public to check which services customers can book online
- Use All when you need a complete view of your service setup
Example: Finding a service that is no longer visible
Suppose you previously created a service but cannot find it in the default service list.
Since the default view shows Active services, the service may have been suspended.
Change the filter from Active to Suspended or All to check whether the service is still in your account.
This can help you find the service without creating a duplicate.
Understanding the service statuses
