You can permanently delete a service from Appointy when you no longer need it.
However, deleting a service also permanently removes the appointment records and history associated with that service. If you may need those records later, suspend the service instead of deleting it.
Important: Deleting a service is permanent
When you delete a service:
- The service is permanently removed
- All appointment records associated with that service are deleted
- The related appointment history cannot be restored
If you want to stop customers from booking the service while keeping its historical records, use Suspend Service instead.

- Under Resource Management, open Service.
- Select the service you want to delete.
- In the service details window, click Delete above the service image.
