How to view your Appointy invoices
- Open https://billing.appointy.com/invoices.
- Sign in to your Appointy billing account if prompted.
- Open the Invoices tab.
- Review your billing history.
The invoice list can show details such as:
- Invoice date
- Invoice number
- Product
- Plan
- Amount
- Payment method
If you have a longer billing history, click Load More to view additional invoices.
What information is available in the billing history?
Your Appointy invoice history helps you review previous subscription charges and payment records.
For each invoice, you can see the associated subscription plan, billed amount, invoice date, invoice number, and payment method.
This can be useful for:
- Accounting and bookkeeping
- Reviewing previous subscription charges
- Tracking monthly or yearly billing
- Verifying the plan charged
- Matching Appointy charges with your financial records
Where will I receive the payment receipt?
The payment provider also sends a payment invoice or receipt to the email address associated with the payment method.
This is typically the email address entered when the credit card or billing payment method was added.
So you may have two useful billing records:
- Your Appointy billing history under Invoices
- The payment receipt sent by the payment provider to your registered billing email

Is the emailed receipt the same as the Appointy invoice history?
They are related to the same payment but serve different purposes. The Appointy Billing Portal provides your subscription invoice history, while the payment provider sends the payment receipt to your registered billing email.
What if I cannot find the payment receipt in my inbox?
Check the email address associated with your subscription payment method, including the spam or junk folder.
