You can either choose from the predefined background images available in Appointy or upload your own image from your device.

How to change the My Space background image
Step 1: Open My Space
- Log in to your Appointy admin account.
- Open My Space from the left-side navigation.
Step 2: Open the background image options
In the bottom-right corner of My Space, click the Change Background Image icon located near the Appointy logo.

Step 3: Choose a background image
You can either:
- Select one of the predefined Appointy background images
- Upload an image from your device

Once selected, the background of your My Space area will update.
Image requirements
If you upload your own image:
- Maximum file size: less than 2 MB
- Supported formats:
- JPEG
- PNG
- GIF
