You can permanently delete an add-on when it is no longer required anywhere in your account.
Deleting an add-on removes it from all services to which it is currently assigned.
Important: A deleted add-on cannot be restored. If you only want to stop offering the add-on with one or a few services, remove it from those services instead of deleting it.

How to delete an add-on
Step 1: Open Add-on settings
- Log in to your Appointy admin account.
- Go to Settings.
- Under Customization, open Add-on.
A list of all add-ons created in your account will appear.
Step 2: Locate the add-on
Find the add-on you want to delete.
Hover over the add-on to display the available actions.
Step 3: Delete the add-on
Click the cross/delete icon shown against the add-on.
The add-on will be deleted from the account.

What happens when you delete an add-on?
Deleting an add-on removes it from every service to which it was assigned.
For example, suppose Extra Equipment is assigned to:
- Service A
- Service B
- Service C
If you delete Extra Equipment, it will no longer be available with any of those services.

Use the correct action depending on what you want to achieve.
Remove from a service when:
- The add-on is still needed for other services
- You only want to change where it is offered
Delete the add-on when:
- The add-on is no longer required anywhere
- You want to permanently remove it from the account
Example
Suppose you have an add-on called:
Premium Material — $15
It is assigned to three services.
If you only want to stop offering it with one service, edit the add-on and deselect that service.
If you no longer offer Premium Material at all, delete the add-on.
