In case of setup issues or any other technical error, you can start a live chat with our support team. You can either start a live chat or book an appointment for call or screen-share assistance in the future.
To start a live chat with Appointy’s customer support:
- Log into your Appointy admin panel.
. - A blue chat icon will appear at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
. - Click on the chat icon.

. - Click on the ‘New Conversation’ button to begin a live chat with our support team.

The live chat icon has been kept static throughout the application and you can access it anytime from any page of your Appointy account. To close the live chat, click on the cross icon in the blue circle appearing below the chat-box.
