Quick navigation
Dashboard → Select Metric → Choose Time Frame
How to open the Dashboard
- Log in to your Appointy admin account.
- Click Dashboard from the left-side navigation.
Appointments
The Appointments section shows the number of appointments booked within the selected time frame.
You can use it to:
- View the total number of appointments
- Compare appointment volume between two time periods
- Review staff performance based on the number of appointments booked with each staff member
Compare staff performance
To review staff performance, enable the Select Staff option or click Select Staff and choose the staff members you want to compare.
The graph will then help you compare appointment volume across the selected staff members.
Estimated Sales
The Estimated Sales section gives you an overview of the expected sales associated with appointments within the selected time frame.
It can include sales that have already taken place as well as appointments scheduled to occur during that period.
You can use it to:
- View estimated sales for a selected period
- Compare estimated sales between two periods
- Compare staff sales performance
Important: Estimated Sales should be treated as an expected business value, not necessarily the same as payments actually collected. For actual recorded payments, refer to the Sales Report.
New Customers
The New Customers section shows the number of new customers added within the selected time frame.
You can use it to:
- View new customer growth
- Compare the number of new customers between different periods
This helps you understand how your customer base is growing over time.
Satisfaction
The Satisfaction section provides an overview of customer satisfaction based on reviews received.
You can use it to:
- View the number of reviews received within a selected period
- Compare review activity between two time frames
This helps you monitor customer feedback and overall satisfaction trends.
Using Dashboard time filters
You can change the time frame used for Dashboard metrics from the time selector in the top-right area.
Depending on the available options, you can select a predefined period or use Custom to specify your own date range.
The Dashboard will refresh to show metrics for that period.
Dashboard vs Reports
The Dashboard is designed for a quick performance overview.
Use Reports when you need more detailed records, filters, exports, or transaction-level information.
