In Appointy, every staff member and service has a unique parametric URL which can be shared with the clients so that they can directly view the availability of a particular staff member or service. This prevents the clients from going through non-required steps in the booking flow while booking a specific service or booking with a specific staff member.
Here’s how you can share a parametric URL of a particular staff member with your clients as an admin or a manager
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Click on the staff member's name → Under the ‘Details’ tab, click on the ‘Copy’ button against ‘Booking URL’ to share the staff member's availability with your clients)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Go to the ‘Staff’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section.
. - Click on the staff member's name for which you want to share the staff member's availability.
. - Under the ‘Details’ tab, click on the ‘Copy’ button against ‘Booking URL’ to share the staff member's availability with any of your clients.
