Here’s how you can add tags to a customer:
Quick Nav — (Customers → Click on the customer name to add a tag to the customer → Under the ‘Info’ tab, click on the text space under the ‘Tags’ title head to add a tag to the customer)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Customers’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Click on the customer name to add a tag to the customer.
. - Click on the text space below the ‘Tags’ title head under the ‘Info’ tab in the customer details window.
. - Type the text that you want to add as a tag in the text space. You can add multiple tags to a customer.
