There are times when the client might want to reschedule an appointment with you to either update the appointment date or time or the service. Here’s how you can reschedule an appointment:
Quick Nav — (Calendar → Click on the appointment that you want to reschedule → A side panel will open on the left with all the appointment details → Click on the ‘Reschedule’ link in the side panel to reschedule the appointment)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Calendar’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Click on the appointment that you want to reschedule.
. - A side panel will open on the left with all the appointment details. Click on the ‘Reschedule’ link in the side panel to reschedule the appointment.

. - Update the appointment details in the ‘Reschedule Appointment’ pop-up window and click on ‘Update’.

You can also reschedule an appointment by clicking and holding onto the appointment and dragging and dropping it on the time-slot where you want to reschedule it.
