You can change the order of the fields in the intake form to arrange the order in which the information needs to be collected from the clients while booking appointments.
Here’s how you can reorder your intake form fields:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Intake Form → Mouseover on the field → A red repositioning icon will appear at the top-left corner of the field → Click and hold onto the repositioning icon and drag and drop the field to reorder it)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Go to the ‘Intake Form’ tab under the ‘Customization’ section.
. - Mouseover on the field that needs to be moved. A red repositioning icon will appear at the top-left corner of the field.
. - Click and hold onto the repositioning icon and drag and drop the field to place it below or above any other fields as per your preference.
