For smaller reports, the report can be exported directly to a file. Appointy indicates that direct file export is applicable for reports with fewer than 3,000 records.
For larger or asynchronous exports, you can choose to have the report sent to your email.
How can filters help before printing?
Filters help you print only the records that matter to you.
For example, you can create a report for:
- One specific staff member
- One service
- Only confirmed or non-cancelled appointments
- Customers using a particular discount coupon
- Appointments containing specific add-ons
- Customers with a particular tag
Apply the filters first, confirm that the report displays the required records, and then click Print.
