Here’s how you can add a gift certificate to a customer’s purchase history:
Quick Nav — (Customers → Click on the customer’s name to add a gift certificate to the customer’s purchase history → Go to the ‘Gift Certificate’ tab in the customer details window → Click on ‘+ Gift Certificate’ appearing on the right side of the window → Add an existing gift certificate or create a new one)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Customers’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Click on the customer’s name and go to the ‘Gift Certificate’ tab in the customer details window.
. - Click on ‘+ Gift Certificate’ appearing on the right side of the window.

. - Add an existing gift certificate or create a new one from the ‘Select Gift Certificate’ pop-up window that opens.

. - Once you select a gift certificate, a side panel will open on the left. Add the recipient's details, sender’s details and a message in the side panel.
. - Click on ‘Sell’.
