Here's how you can add an appointment for a customer from the customer details section:
Quick Nav — (Customers → Click on the customer’s name to add an appointment for the customer → Go to the ‘Appointments’ tab under the customer details window → Click on ‘+ Appointment’ appearing on the right side of the window → Add the appointment details in the ‘New Appointment’ pop-up window → Click on ‘Book’)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Customers’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Click on the customer’s name to add an appointment for the customer.
. - Go to the ‘Appointments’ tab in the customer details window.
