Here’s how you can add a note against a customer:
Quick Nav — (Customers → Click on the customer’s name to add a note against that customer → Under the ‘Info’ tab, click on the first field ‘Customer Notes’ and type a note in the text space below it)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Customers’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Click on the customer’s name to open the customer’s details window.
