Here’s how you can record a payment for an appointment:
Quick Nav — (Calendar → Click on the appointment for which you want to record a payment → In the appointment details side panel, click on the ‘Add Payment’ button at the bottom → Add the payment details in the pop-up window that opens → Click on ‘Pay Now’)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Calendar’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Click on the appointment for which you want to record a payment.
. - Click on the ‘Add Payment’ button appearing at the bottom of the appointment details side panel.

. - Enter the payment details in the pop-up that opens and click on ‘Pay Now’ to record the payment for the appointment.

. - Select the payment mode under ‘Select Payment Mode’ and add a tip for the appointment, if any.

You will see a payment recorded for the appointment in the appointment details side panel and a ‘Paid’ status at the bottom-right corner of the appointment block in the calendar.
