In order to edit a field in the intake form, follow the below-given steps.
Quick Nav — (Settings → Intake Form → Mouseover on the field that you want to edit → Edit the field details in the ‘Update Field’ side panel → Click on ‘Update’ → Click on ‘Save Changes’)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Go to the ‘Intake Form’ tab under the ‘Customization’ section.
. - In the ‘Intake Form’ window, mouseover on the field that you want to edit and click on the pencil-like edit icon that appears.

. - Update the field details in the ‘Update Field’ side panel and click on the ‘Update’ button at the bottom of the side panel.
. - Click on ‘Save Changes’.
