Adding services in a category

Adding your services into service categories allows you to easily view and manage a list of your services. When you have an extensive service list, service categories make it easy for you to view your services falling under a specific category. You can also generate a category specific parametric URL and share it with your clients so that they can view services in the specific category only.

Here’s how you can categorise your services into service categories.

Quick Nav — (Settings → Service → A red repositioning icon will appear on the right against every service name → Drag and drop the service by clicking and holding onto the red repositioning icon to place the service into another category).

1. Log into the Appointy admin panel.

2. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.

3. Click on ‘Service’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section to view your services.

4. A red repositioning icon against each service will be visible on the right side of the window.

5. Click and hold onto the red repositioning icon and drag and drop the service into the category where you want to place it.

   If you have an extensive service and service category list, you can use the collapse and expand function which will make it easy for you to drag and drop your services from one category to another.
