Unlinking an area code from a staff member

There are two ways you can unlink an area code from a staff member:

Option 1

Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Click on the staff member's name that you want to unlink from an area code → Go to ‘Postal Codes’ tab → Click on the ‘unlink’ icon against the area code below the ‘Remove’ list head)

1. Log into the Appointy admin panel.
   .
2. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left and click on the ‘Staff’ tab.
   .
   
3. Click on the staff member's name that you want to unlink from an area code to reveal the staff properties.
   .
   
4. Go to the ‘Postal Codes’ tab to view the list of area codes assigned to the staff member.
   .
   
5. Click on the unlink icon below the ‘Remove’ list head against the area code that you want to unlink.

Option 2

Quick Nav — (Settings → Area Codes → Click on the area code that you want to unlink from a staff member → Click on the ‘Edit’ link → Deselect the staff member that you want to unlink → Click on ‘Save’)

1. Log into the Appointy admin panel.

2. Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left and click on the ‘Area Codes’ tab.
   .
   
3. Click on the area code that you want to unlink from a staff member to open the staff list assigned to the area code.
   .
   
4. Click on the ‘Edit’ link appearing at the right corner.
   .
   
5. Deselect the staff members that you want to unlink from the area code and click on ‘Save’.
