Staff login allows your staff members to view and manage their own schedule by logging into their accounts. You can enable staff login to give your staff the ability to view their schedule, add or reschedule appointments, add notes against appointments, view and contact clients, etc.
You can enable staff login individually for every staff member. Only those who have been allowed login by the admin have the ability to log into their schedule.
Here’s how you can provide staff login access to your staff members:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Click on the staff member’s name → Under the ‘Details’ tab, enable the ‘Login Allowed’ toggle → Enter login details for the staff → Check ‘Ask for a password change at the next sign-in’ → Click on ‘Save’)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left and click on the ‘Staff’ tab.
. - Click on the staff member’s name to reveal the staff properties.
. - Under the ‘Details’ tab, turn on the toggle button next to ‘Login Allowed’.

. - Enter the staff login details in the ‘Enter Login Details’ pop-up window and click on ‘Add’.

If you enable ‘Ask for a password change at the next sign-in’, your staff will be asked to reset their password in the first login attempt. They will now be able to login, access and manage their own calendar.
