As an admin, you might want a staff member to take charge of managing your business. To do so, you can appoint a staff member as a ‘Manager’ who will have the right to manage the business similar to an admin’s role. A ‘Manager’ has the ability to view all the staff members’ schedules and manage existing intake forms, discount coupons, gift certificates, customers, view reports, etc.
In order to turn a staff member into a ‘Manager’, follow the steps given below:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Mouseover and select the staff member whom you want to appoint as a ‘Manager’ → Click on the crown-like icon that appears above the staff list)
- Log into the Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Go to the ‘Staff’ tab under the ‘Resource Management’ section.
. - Mouseover on the staff member whom you want to appoint as a ‘Manager’.
. - Select the staff member by clicking on the circle that appears on the left of the staff member’s image icon.
. - A group of icons will appear above the staff list. Click on the rightmost crown-like icon to appoint the selected staff member as a ‘Manager’.
