Here's how you can enable selection of staff members in the client's booking interface:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff Options → Under the ‘Staff Options’ title head, turn on the toggle button against ‘Show staff members on the booking portal’)
- Log into your Appointy admin panel.
. - Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
. - Go to the ‘Staff Options’ tab under the ‘Customer Booking Flow’ section.
. - Enable the toggle button against ‘Show staff members on the booking portal’ next to the ‘Staff Options’ title head.
Enabling the selection of staff member does not mean that your clients will necessarily make a staff selection to proceed. They can proceed to the next step in the booking flow without making a staff selection which means that the system will automatically allocate a staff member for the appointment.
If you want to make the selection of staff member mandatory, you must enable the toggle button against ‘Make selection of staff mandatory’ next to the ‘Staff Options’ title head.
If you do not want to make staff selection mandatory, you must set the allocation order based on which the staff should be automatically allocated for an appointment, in case, the client proceeds without selecting a staff member.
