Here's how you can disable selection of staff members in the client's booking interface:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff Options → Under the ‘Staff Options’ title head, turn off the toggle button against ‘Show staff members on the booking portal’)
- Log into your Appointy admin panel.
- Click on the ‘Settings’ icon in the toolbar appearing on the left.
- Go to the ‘Staff Options’ tab under the ‘Customer Booking Flow’ section.
- Disable the toggle button against ‘Show staff members on the booking portal’ next to the ‘Staff Options’ title head.
Disabling clients from selecting a staff member while booking means that the staff member will be automatically allocated for the appointment by the system. In this case, you must also set the allocation order based on which the staff members should be allocated/booked for an appointment.
