Hiding service cost from the client’s booking interface

This feature is useful for businesses that do not have a fixed service cost, for example, an electrician, plumber, or any other home or repair service provider who charges you based on the labour required or the amount of time he has spent. 

Similarly, consultants, who do not have a fixed service duration, cannot tell their clients the service cost before hand. Their service cost depends on the amount of time they have spent consulting their clients.

Here’s how you can hide your service cost from the client’s booking interface:

1. Log into your Appointy admin panel.

2. Go to the ‘Settings’ icon from the toolbar appearing on the left.

3. Click on the ‘Service Options’ tab under the ‘Customer Booking Flow’ section.

4. Disable the toggle button against ‘View service time on booking portal’ next to the ‘Service Options’ title head.
