You can change the sequence of the booking steps that your client's go through while booking with you on your client’s booking interface.
Here’s how you can change the sequence of the steps in the booking flow:
Quick Nav — (Settings → Scroll down the panel beside the toolbar → Under the ‘Customer Booking Flow’ section, click on the booking flow that you see just below ‘Booking Sequence’ → Select the booking sequence from the drop-down)
- Log into your Appointy admin panel.
. - Scroll down the panel that appears beside the toolbar.
. - Under the ‘Customer Booking Flow’ section, click on booking flow that you see just below ‘Booking Sequence’ title.

. - A drop-down will open with two booking sequence options. Select one from either of the two options.

Once you select a booking sequence, it will be applied automatically to your client’s booking interface.
