Appointy integrates with multiple payment gateways that allow your clients to pay online at the time of booking appointments.

Integrating with payment gateways in Appointy

To start accepting payments in Appointy, you must integrate your account with at least one of the payment gateways that Appointy supports.

Head over to the payment gateways to set up one of the following options:

Integrating Appointy with Authorize.Net

Authorize.Net allows you to accept credit cards, contactless payments, e-checks in person and on the go. You can easily accept payments online, at service locations or via mobile devices. Authorize.Net offers payments solutions whenever and wherever you need them.

Follow these steps to integrate Appointy with Authorize.Net:

1. Log into your Appointy admin panel.
2. Click on the ‘Marketplace’ icon in the toolbar. The ‘Apps & Integration’ screen will appear.
3. Click on the ‘Payment Gateways’ option under ‘Apps & Integrations’.
4. Click on ‘Authorize.Net’. A new screen will be displayed.
5. Turn on the toggle button  to enable integration with Authorize.Net.
6. Update your information in the fields and click on ‘Update’.

Integrating Appointy with Square

With Square payments, you can turn your iPad/iPhone into a POS device and accept payments both online and offline.

Follow these steps to integrate Appointy with Square:

1. Log into your Appointy admin panel.
2. Click on the ‘Marketplace’ icon in the toolbar. The ‘Apps & Integration’ screen will appear.
3. Click on the ‘Payment Gateways’ tab under ‘Apps & Integrations’.
4. Click on ‘Square’. A new screen will be displayed.
5. Click on the ‘Connect’ button at the top-right corner of the screen.
6. You’ll be redirected to a new window. Sign in using your Square ID.

Integrating Appointy with Stripe

Integration with Stripe allows you to accept complete/partial pre-payments from your clients, right when they are making an appointment with you. 

With payment processing integrated with your Appointy account, the money is credited directly into your bank account making payments not just easy for your clients but even for you.

Follow these steps to integrate Appointy with Stripe:

1. Log into your Appointy admin panel.
2. Click on the ‘Marketplace’ icon in the toolbar. The ‘Apps & Integration’ screen will appear.
3. Click on the ‘Payment Gateways’ option under ‘Apps & Integrations’.
4. Click on ‘Stripe’. A new screen will be displayed.
5. Click on the ‘Connect’ button at the top-right corner of the screen.
6. You’ll be redirected to a new window. Sign in using your Stripe Account.

Integrating Appointy with PayPal

No doubt, PayPal is a globally known gateway accepted in over 200 markets and trusted by over 250 million consumers worldwide.

Following are the steps to integrate Appointy with PayPal:

1. Log into your Appointy admin panel.
2. Click on the ‘Marketplace’ icon in the toolbar. The ‘Apps & Integration’ screen will appear.
3. Click on the ‘Payment Gateways’ option under ‘Apps & Integrations’.
4. Click on ‘PayPal’. A new screen will be displayed.
5. Turn on the toggle button to enable integration with PayPal.
6. Update your information in the fields and click on ‘Update’.
