If you have more than one iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, iCloud can make it much easier to share everything, but it can be a challenge to set things up perfectly. Deciding which devices sync with which services, and what parental restrictions if any, need to be put in place are all important choices to make.
The very first step is to setup iCloud on all your devices like your Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Step 1: Login to your Appointy admin console and click on the iCal button. (You can locate the button on the top right side of the Admin interface)
Step 2: A pop-up would appear. Click on the Launch Application button.
Step 3: On your native calendar, click on the Subscribe button in order to subscribe Appointy calendar.
Step 4: Set the desired name of the calendar (as per your liking) and then set auto-refresh to every 5 minutes.
Step 5: You can confirm/crosscheck whether or not the calendar has been subscribed at: caldav.icloud.com
These steps are shown in the step by step screen captures below:
Once you have successfully set the above, go to your iOS device. Following are the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Settings and click on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" tab
Step 2: Click on Fetch New Data tab
Step 3: Set iCloud fetch setting and make sure to set it every 15 minutes to fetch new data
Step 4: Go to iOS calendar and manually refresh or wait for 15 minutes. You will see that the Appointy calendar has been shared with your iOS device.

IMPORTANT POINT TO REMEMBER: You need to subscribe to iCal feeds ONLY on any one of your several devices.
