To schedule events, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log-in to your administrator area.
2. Change Alias of Service to "Event" and add a new event (from SETTINGS-->SERVICES). While adding an Event, set the capacity to accept bookings from multiple people.
3. Add staff who would be the key person for this Event. If no staff, add a dummy staff with the same name of the Event. (from SETTINGS-->STAFF)
4. Link this Event and Staff to generate business hours. (from SETTINGS-->BUSINESS HOURS --> Work Schedule--> Date Specific / Irregular Times--> Add additional times). This will open all future dates for this Event.
(Note: Allowing a date will override all other block settings.)
