Step 1: Set Up Your Appointy Account
- Sign Up or Log In: If you don’t have an Appointy account, sign up on the Appointy website. If you already have an account, log in to your admin portal.
- Complete Your Business Profile: Ensure that your business profile on Appointy is fully set up with accurate information, including your business name, address, services offered, and working hours.

Step 2: Verify Your Google My Business Profile
- Create or Update Google My Business (GMB) Profile: Make sure your business is listed on Google My Business (GMB). Your business name and address in Appointy should match your GMB profile.
Step 3: Opt-In to Reserve with Google on Appointy
- Access the Marketplace: Log in to your Appointy admin portal and navigate to the marketplace section.
- Select the RwG App: Find the Reserve with the Google app and click on it.
- Click ‘Opt-In’: Hit the "Opt-In" button to submit your integration request. This will send an opt-in request to the Appointy support team.
Step 4: Verification by Appointy Support Team
- Verification Process: The support team will verify your business details to ensure they match your Google My Business profile and meet Google’s guidelines.
- Forward to Google for Approval: Once verified, your request will be forwarded to Google, where it will be reviewed for compliance.
Step 5: Approval and Go Live
- Receive Approval Notification: If your request is approved, you will receive an email notification, and your “Book Now” button will be live on your Google My Business profile.
- Booking Goes Live: Customers can now find your business on Google Search and Google Maps and book appointments directly through the “Book Now” button.
