2 way auto sync with Google Calendar under PRO and above plans. 

We provide two way Google sync: any appointment booked on Appointy calendar will automatically get synced with Google calendar in real time.

Same way when you create any event on Google, it will automatically get synced with Appointy and block the availability.

You can uncheck the box if you want to manually sync Google events with Appointy.

 You can view all the blocked events under "future unavailability of your admin console (Settings → Business hours → Future unavailability section).

Also, on the day view of your admin console, the blocking is shown as red strikeout line, when you mouse over, it will show "blocked by Google" and a pop-up will appear showing complete block details.

 You can click on the trash icon to unblock the time-slot. 

Note: In the FREE plan of Appointy appointments gets automatically synced from Appointy to the linked Google Calendar. But to fetch events from Google Calendar to Appointy one must have a PRO and above plan. Also, in the free plan the details of the appointment don't get posted onto Google Calendar. Click here for more details.

Please remember that Events on Google Calendar will not be created as Events on Appointy. They will just be blocked on Appointy. Google Calendar linked within admin log-in will block times for all staff. To block times of individual staff, link Google Calendar with each staff.

 - Integrates well with your mobile's native calendar via Google Calendar and Google Sync

Once linked with Google Calendar, Appointy will update Google Calendar which can further synchronize to Android phones or other mobiles using "Google Sync" which can be downloaded from here.  This synchronization works like a charm and this double synchronization is instant.

- Each staff can link their own Google calendar.

Appointy allows multiple staff login and each staff can link his own Google Calendar.  Linking with Google Calendar from staff will only push that particular staff appointments to Google Calendar and similarly block times for that staff when synchronized backwards.
 

- Google Apps Calendar can also be linked.

Appointy can link with your Google Calendar on your Google Apps account, just like you integrate normal Google Calendar account.

- Can multiple calendars be linked

Each login (Admin / Staff / Manager) can link his/her own single Google Calendar. Administrators only manages account and does not work like Staff or Managers. So when a Google calendar is linked to the administrator account, then it blocks times for all staff that are on Google calendar.  Similarly, all appointments from all staff will be pushed to Google calendar.
