Yes! Administrators can reschedule an appointment on behalf of a client. You can do this both from DAY and AGENDA view. Easy steps are given below:
Here are the steps to be followed on "DAY view"
Method 1: (See the screenshot attached)
- Login to your admin area at Appointy.
- Click on "down arrow" on the respective appointment>>Click on the option to "EDIT/RESCHEDULE">.
Method 2:
- Login to your admin area at Appointy.
- Click on any appointment and start dragging. Empty slots will change colors based on its availability.
- Drop at the desired time to reschedule. Appointy will ask you to confirm and if client should be informed.
Here are the steps to be followed on "AGENDA view"

- Login to your admin area at Appointy.
- Go to AGENDA view>>Click on "VIEW" link below the respective appointment>>Click on the option to "RESCHEDULE".
