You can change your Appointy account password from your profile menu.

In the Change Password window, enter:
Your current password
Your new password
Your new password again to confirm it - Click Update.
Your account password will be updated.
If you forgot your password
If you do not remember your current password, you can reset it from the Appointy login page.
- Open https://business.appointy.com/.
- Click Forgot password? on the login screen.
- Enter your username.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Appointy will send a password reset link with further instructions to the email address associated with your account.
- Open the email and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Then I would also update the FAQ to:
What should I do if I forgot my password?
Go to business.appointy.com, click Forgot password?, enter your username, and click Send Reset Link. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
Is changing my password the same as resetting a forgotten password?
No.
- Change Password is used when you are logged in and know your current password.
- Forgot password is used when you cannot remember your password and need a reset link sent to your registered email address.
And I would change the article title to:
How to Change or Reset Your Appointy Account Password
That title now covers both workflows properly.
