There could be various reasons why the ‘Book Now’ button is not appearing in your Google business card. The below-listed reasons could be one of them.
- You might have enabled pre-payments for bookings. Reserve with Google does not support businesses that require pre-payments to get bookings.
- The service cost of all your services might be ‘0’ or less than $5. Reserve with Google does not support businesses that have service cost less than $5.
- You might have changed your profession in your Appointy account to an unsupported profession in Reserve with Google. Make sure that the profession you have listed on Appointy is supported by Reserve with Google.
- You might have changed your business address in Appointy which does not match with the address in your Google business card. Linking your Appointy account with your Google business card is an automatic process by Google. Slightest miss-match, for e.g., ‘Street’ and ‘St.’ or ‘Boulevard’ and ‘Blvd.’ between the two addresses will unlink your Google business card and the ‘Book Now’ button will disappear.
