With Appointy, we make working with your team easy for you. After adding a new staff member, you can enable staff login which will allow them to have their own login access to their Appointy account. Providing staff members separate login credentials to Appointy enables them to view and manage their own schedule.
Quick Nav — (Settings → Staff → Click on the staff name → Under the ‘Details’ tab, enable the ‘Login Allowed’ toggle → Enter login details for the staff → Check ‘Ask for a password change at the next sign-in’ → Click on ‘Save’)
In the first login attempt, your staff will be asked to reset their password. They will now be able to login, access and manage their own calendar.
