If you see the inactive message on your client calendar. (see the sample below) Then, there can be basically 3 main reasons:
Service, Staff and Business Hours, all are required to generate your basic calendar. Please follow the steps to troubleshoot this message.
Log-in to your Appointy administrator area from http://www.appointy.com
Go to SETTINGS-->SERVICES and make sure that at least one service is added and also enabled.
Go to SETTINGS-->STAFF and make sure that at least one staff is added and also enabled.
Go to SETTINGS-->BUSINESS HOURS and make sure that at least one service is linked to staff.
